GlobSatIP offers a subscription service that allows our members to access via the Internet and a Sat-IP client device (“GlobSatIP devices”) a satellite tuner .
o 1.1. Your subscription to GlobSatIP services will continue from one month to another until it is canceled at your request. To use the GlobSatIP service, you must have access to the Internet and a compatible GlobSatIP device and provide at least one payment method. “Payment method” means a current, valid and accepted payment method that can be updated and includes payment from your account to a third party via your bank card. Unless you cancel your membership 5 working days before the monthly billing date, you authorize us to charge the next month’s membership fee according to your payment method (refer to “Canceling” below).
o 1.2. We can offer a number of subscription plans, including special promotional plans or third party offers in connection with the provision of our own products and services. Some subscription plans may have different conditions and limitations that will be disclosed upon signing up or other communications made available to you.
Billing and cancellation
o 3.1. Billing cycle. The membership fee for the GlobSatIP service and any other charges that you may incur in connection with the use of the service, such as possible transaction fees charged by your bank, will be charged monthly for your payment method on the calendar day of commencement month of billing. In some cases, the payment date may change, for example, if your payment method has not been successfully resolved, or if the paid membership has started on a day that is not included in each calendar month.
o 3.2. Payment methods. To use the GlobSatIP service, you must provide a valid bank card. If a payment is not successfully resolved due to expiration, insufficient funds or other reason, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend access to the service until you have successfully paid with a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you for certain taxes, such as foreign transaction fees or other charges related to the payment method processed. Local taxes may vary depending on the method of payment used. Check with the bank service provider for your chosen payment method.
o 3.3. Cancel.
You can cancel your GlobSatIP subscription at any time and continue to have access to the GlobSatIP service until the end of the monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are not refundable and we do not provide repayments or credits for one-month use periods or unused GlobSatIP service. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify us in writing five working days before the invoice is issued. If you do not wish to cancel your subscription under the above conditions, your subscription will be renewed for another calendar month.
o 3.4. Changes in prices and subscription plans. We can change the subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our subscription plans will apply to you no sooner than 30 days after your announcement.
o 4.1. You must be 18 years of age or age of consent in your country, state or territory of residence to become a member of the GlobSatIP service. Minors can use the service only under the supervision of an adult.
o 4.2. You agree to use the GlobSatIP service, including all features and functionality associated with it, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations or other restrictions on the use of the service in your territory. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by your chosen TV service provider.
o 4.3. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, modify, disable, degrade or remove any GlobSatIP or GlobSatIP service security features;
o 4.4. You also agree not to decompile, reverse or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the GlobSatIP service; enter any code or product or manipulate the content of the GlobSatIP service in any way; use any method of data extraction or data collection. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit materials designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any GlobSatIP software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, any other computer code, files, or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Service or are involved in the illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
o 4.5. The quality of access to the GlobSatIP service may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, available bandwidth and / or internet connection speed. A constant download speed of at least 20 Mbps for GlobSatIP equipment is mandatory at its level to access the service in optimal conditions.
o 4.6. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Check with your Internet service provider for information on possible Internet usage fees. It is recommended to use an Internet subscription with unlimited traffic.
o 4.7. The GlobSatIP software is developed by or for GlobSatIP and is designed to allow access to the satellite signal through GlobSatIP devices. This software may vary by device and environment, and features and features may also differ between devices. You acknowledge that the use of the service may require software owned by a third party that is subject to third party licenses. You agree that you may automatically receive upgraded versions of GlobSatIP and associated third party software.
o 5.2. Customer support. To learn more about our service and its features, or if you need help with your account, visit the GlobSatIP Help Center on our site. In some situations, Customer Service may help you best by using a remote assistant tool that has full access to GlobSatIP. If you do not want us to have this access, you should not give your support by means of the remote access tool and we will help you by other means.
o 5.5. Electronic communications. We will send you information about your account (for example, payment authorizations, invoices, password changes or payment methods, confirmation messages, notifications) only in electronic form, for example via emails to your email address -mail provided at registration.
